The other day I was out in the sunshine mowing the lawn. Without really thinking about it I just started mowing … in my flip-flops. In retrospect, this was a mistake—I might as well have been barefoot for all the good the flip-flops did my poor feet! By the time I was finished, my feet were very green and I had suddenly acquired a number of shallow, annoying cuts and
lacerations on my heels.
It took a lot of soaking and scrubbing to get the chlorophyll off, and I doubled up on my use of Heel Vitality all weekend, but my feet are OK now. I know you were concerned.
The point is, hundreds of people do themselves, their hands, and their feet great damage during lawn mowing season. Please remember to wear gloves and sturdy shoes to protect your skin from the damage I inflicted on myself. We have about 4 months of good weather coming up – guard yourself!

I’ve weed-eated in sandals before… ouch! its a killer.
