I’m one of those people who works hard at my job, then works hard at home. When I’m not working, I’m incredibly lazy, especially when it comes to me. I like to look nice, but I’m too lazy to go to the gym I have free access to and work out; I like to wear sandals but (until recently) I’m too lazy to take care of my feet.

Before I found Heel Vitality, keeping my feet sandalicious was a serious chore. Soak, pumice, lotion, oil … it took too long and my hands were covered in muck mixed with skin flakes. Yuk. So, I’d ignore it hoping it would go away … which of course it never did until I would give in and pay for a pedicure. But in a week I’d be in the same position all over again.

Now I have Heel Vitality. I use it at least once a day (yep, still lazy) although I try to use it twice each day for best results. Living in the high desert my skin gets very dry, and because I’m carrying around those few extra pounds the pressure on my feet/heels can create those little dry cracks which I just hate! Thankfully Heel Vitality takes care of all that and more. Because I can never just apply it to my heels .. as long as I’m already holding it, I typically apply to the rest of my feet, then up my legs, over to my hands and arms … you get the idea.

This stuff is amazing, and although I try to keep this blog to higher level discussions about the importance of keeping your skin/feet healthy and moisturized, I just applied it to myself and it feels so good I decided to talk about it. :)

You really should give it a try!
