You all know I’m going to tell you to get some Heel Vitality and use it every night and twice on weekends but there are other things you can do to supplement the goodness of the balm.
Wash your feet regularly and dry them gently with a towel, especially between the toes where moisture can gather and lead to fungus.
Wear comfortable shoes that fit you whenever possible, and try soaking your feet once in awhile for a special, softening treat.
I saw a great soaking tip in this article (here) that I wanted to pass along and share with you. I think if you do this soak, dry your feet, then apply Heel Vitality, you’ll have the happiest feet in the neighborhood. Try it and let me know how it goes.
